Tantric Treasures was created to make authentic Buddhist practice materials from the Jonang tradition more accessible to practitioners around the world.

For many years, many of these objects—including statues, ritual implements, offering materials, and practice supports—were available only within Tibet, China, or through personal connections to monasteries. Outside these regions, practitioners often had difficulty finding objects that were traditionally made, ritually prepared, or connected to an authentic lineage.

Our mission is to bridge that gap by working directly with Shar Khentrul Jamphel Lodrö and the communities that preserve these traditions, making it possible for practitioners everywhere to obtain authentic objects that genuinely support Buddhist practice and realization.

Tantric Treasures is the official store of Dzokden and was created to support its worldwide activities.

Proceeds from the store help fund Dzokden's work in preserving and sharing the Jonang tradition through teachings, translations, retreats, temples, educational initiatives, and sacred projects around the world.

In addition to offering traditional objects, we also collaborate with Buddhist teachers, monasteries, artisans, and ritual specialists to design and produce new sacred objects when they are needed for practice. Many of these are created from the ground up according to traditional texts, lineage instructions, and the guidance of qualified masters before being blessed or consecrated for the benefit of practitioners.

Our collection is created through long-term relationships with artisans, monasteries, workshops, and specialized manufacturers throughout the Himalayan Buddhist world.

Many handcrafted objects are produced by skilled artisans working in Tibetan regions of China, Nepal, Bhutan, and across the Himalayas, where traditional techniques such as lost-wax casting, carving, painting, embroidery, and metalworking continue to be passed down through generations.

Other pieces are produced using modern manufacturing methods, including precision casting and CNC machining. When these techniques allow for greater iconographic accuracy, finer detail, or higher quality, we embrace them. Shar Khentrul Rinpoche has often encouraged the use of modern technology when it helps create sacred objects of exceptional craftsmanship while remaining faithful to the traditional texts and proportions.

Many of our blessed and consecrated objects are prepared in collaboration with monasteries that preserve the living Buddhist traditions from which these practices originate. For the Jonang lineage, this often includes monasteries in Sichuan Province, China, where much of the lineage remains established today. We also work with monastic communities in India, Nepal, Bhutan, and other Himalayan regions whenever appropriate.

Not every object in our collection is exclusive to Tantric Treasures. Some are traditional objects available from established workshops, while others are commissioned specifically for our store, created according to lineage instructions, or blessed and consecrated at our request for the benefit of practitioners.
