Handmade and Blessed by the Monks of Dzamthang Monastery
A rare, traditionally prepared protection amulet handmade by the monks of Dzamthang Monastery, invoking the blessings of the Thousand-Armed White Umbrella Goddess (Sitatapatra, Dükar), one of Vajrayana Buddhism's most revered protectors.
Created in the heartland of the Jonang tradition, this sacred amulet is intended to be worn on the body or respectfully placed within your home as a support for protection, auspiciousness, and Dharma practice. Each amulet is housed in an elegant engraved metal case featuring the sacred Kalachakra (Dü Khor) monogram on one side and the White Umbrella protection mantra on the other, symbolizing the union of Kalachakra wisdom and Sitatapatra's compassionate protective activity. Within the case is a traditional Sitatapatra protection chakra, prepared and blessed by the monks before the amulet is sealed.
The Thousand-Armed White Umbrella Goddess
Known in Sanskrit as Uṣṇīṣa Sitātapatrā and in Tibetan as Dükar (Dukar), the White Umbrella Goddess is honored throughout all schools of Tibetan Buddhism as one of the most powerful manifestations of enlightened protection. She is traditionally depicted with one thousand faces, one thousand arms, and one thousand legs, symbolizing her limitless awareness and compassionate ability to protect beings wherever they may be. Her white parasol shelters practitioners from outer dangers while also protecting them from the inner afflictions that obstruct awakening.

A Sacred Kalachakra Connection
This special edition is unique to the Jonang tradition. The exterior bears the sacred Kalachakra (10 Fold Powerful) monogram, one of the most recognizable symbols of the Kalachakra Tantra.
